Our Story
Built between Two Worlds. Defined by one standard — excellence.
Stitch Away was born from a simple truth: UK brands deserve affordable manufacturing without compromising craftsmanship.
With our headquarters in the UK and production base in Karachi, we’ve created a model that offers both — premium shirts and garments, made responsibly, inspected thoroughly, and mainly delivered on time.
We bring together:
Decades of garment-making experience.
International quality benchmarks.
A workforce trained to deliver precision and reliability.
Ethical employment that empowers men, women, and young professionals.
- This balance allows us to meet large-scale demands while staying true to our purpose: quality with conscience.

Our Process
From first conversation to your door
A clear 10-step journey from requirement and development through production, quality control, logistics and delivery.
Tell us what you need
A tech pack, design, reference garment, photo or description is enough to start.
Tell us what you need made, your approximate quantity, your preferred delivery date and anything else that is important to your garment.
Development
We agree the specifications, measurements, fabric, trims and branding, and confirm the minimum and price.
If you already have a complete specification, we'll work from it. If you need help developing the garment, we'll work through the requirements with you.
Fabric & trims
Use your own materials, or we'll help source them.
We can work with customer-supplied fabric and trims, or help source suitable fabrics, buttons, zips, labels and other trims based on the requirements of your garment.
Sample
A sample is normally made and approved before bulk production.
Time and cost depend on the garment and requirements. As a general guide, sampling can take up to around three weeks once all information and materials are confirmed.
Your approval
Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference for bulk production.
This gives us an agreed reference for the production team and helps ensure the finished garments follow the approved requirements.
Production
Production takes place at our facility in Pakistan, following the approved sample and specification.
The garments are produced according to the agreed requirements, including the approved construction, measurements, fabric, trims and branding.
Production QC
Production QC takes place at three stages:
International logistics
Our logistics partners bring your order to the UK, usually by air, with the shipping and customs process handled as part of the arrangement.
UK quality check
Your order comes to our UK QC location in Sherborne and is checked against the approved sample and your order requirements.
Delivery to you
We dispatch your order to your address. Transit times vary with the order, shipping method and destination, and we'll give you an estimate when we quote.
How we work: from first conversation to your door
From your first conversation to delivery, we manage the process with a UK point of contact and production in Pakistan.
Every order starts with your requirements, moves through development and sample approval, and is checked during production and again in the UK before delivery.
