Step 1
Consultation & Tech Pack Review
You share your designs, sketches, or tech packs — and we take it from there. Our UK team studies every specification, fabric type, and sizing requirement before passing the plan to our Pakistan production facility. We guide you on materials, construction methods, and cost efficiency — ensuring your designs are both practical and premium before a single thread is cut.

Step 2
Sampling & Approvals
Before any bulk production begins, we create a sample garment so you can see, feel, and test our quality for yourself.
Samples are produced in Pakistan and shipped to the UK for your review. This process typically takes 3–5 weeks, accounting for production and courier transit. During this stage, you’ll be updated at every milestone — sampling start, completion, dispatch, and arrival. We adjust until every stitch, fit, and button meets your approval.

Step 3
Production & Quality Control
Once you approve the sample, we move into bulk production under strict supervision.
Our Karachi facility operates under a four-stage Quality Control system, built to international inspection standards.

- Clean finishing and ironing
- Secure packing with full documentation

Final Inspection, Packaging & Delivery
